What we text

When you book a call with Dr. Chanu Dasari at book.mgiclinic.com, MGI Clinic texts the number you enter about that booking: a confirmation, a reminder the day before, a reminder an hour before, and a note if your call moves, is cancelled or is missed. Texts come from (725) 350-2176. We don't send marketing texts.

How often

Message frequency varies. Most bookings get 3 texts, plus one more if the call changes.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. MGI Clinic doesn't charge for texts.

Stopping texts

Reply STOPto any text. We'll confirm once, then stop. Stopping texts doesn't cancel your call. Reply START to get texts again.

What a text contains

Your first name, the day and time of your call, the number Dr. Dasari calls from, and a link to change your time. Never a health condition or diagnosis.

Privacy

We use your number only to text you about your booking and for Dr. Dasari to call you. We don't sell or rent it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Texts go out through our messaging provider, which uses your number only to deliver them.

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
